FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering and can be used for condensation of waste steam. Sectional condenser with capillary head piece includes housing with upper and lower covers, equipped with a waste steam inlet connection pipes and yield, air branch pipe, inside which on support grid head is installed, which is a perforated caps, laid in rows on each other in staggered order, surface of which is coated with layer of hydrophilic material or made from it, in which perforation is made in form of conical capillaries located perpendicular to surface of caps so that small holes are located on external surface of cap, and large hole - on inside. Nozzle is divided on height into N sections, placed on a support grid, N-1 and next upstream sections arranged plates condensate consisting of 2 semicircular profiled sheets each, whose profile consists of longitudinal U-shaped ridges with holes, provided with top horizontal visors forming slots for passage of steam, and longitudinal grooves, wherein semicircular profile plates are inclined at an angle i greater than angle of repose of water directed to diameter of housing interconnected by diameter of manifold housing, at centre of which are arranged drain pipes, drain pipe upstream condensate collection plate passes through downstream section of nozzle and free entrance to depth H1 a drain pipe with large diameters below condensate collection plates to form a gap width Δ, and latter drain pipe, in turn, passes through first section and nozzle is immersed in condensate in bottom of housing to a depth of H2.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase efficiency of sectional condenser with a capillary nozzle.
