FIELD: medical tools, possibly for dissecting rich blood-supplied tumors of human brain by direct intratissue introduction of embolization material.

SUBSTANCE: neurosurgery perforating tool for embolization of tumors includes handle and main tubular body with end pointing. Perforator is supplied with additional tubular special design body having in non-working end member for connection with negative pressure source. Main tubular body has in non-working end member for connection with unit for introducing embolization material; arranged in cavity mandrin whose working end is flush relative to end pointing. Handle is flattened and it is arranged in plane of lengthwise axes of bodies and inclined relative to said plane by angle 60-120 degrees. Such design of tool provides elimination of intensive loss of blood during operation, especially at dissecting richly blood-supplied tumors of brain.

EFFECT: improved design of tool preventing possible embolism of brain vessels and further ischemic insult and obliteration of working tubular body with embolization material at its contact with patient blood.
