FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in aerospace and aircraft engineering, oil and gas producing and processing industry, in railway and road transport and other industries. Sliding bearing includes housing installed on shaft journal or axis directly or via insert or sleeve, in which at least one sliding surface has nano structured antifriction coating on the basis of titanium carbonitride. Antifriction functionally-gradient coating consists of titanium carbonitride powder alloyed with silicon, with fractions of nanorange from 10 to 24 nm, submicron level - from 0.2 to 0.3 mcm and micron level - from 1 to 5 mcm with the following content of fractions, wt. %: nanorange - from 8 to 10, submicron level - from 50 to 60, micron level - from 30 to 42. Technical result consists in complex improvement of physical-mechanical and operational characteristics of bearing due to high hardness up to 45-48 GPa, average modulus of elasticity of up to 500 GPa, adhesion to substrate (with maximum critical load up to 50 N), maximum reduction of friction coefficient of 0.01-0.015, increasing wear resistance, hardness, thermal stability, heat resistance, with simultaneous increase in ductility and strength of titanium carbonitride (TiCN) by its nanostructuring and alloying with silicon.
EFFECT: complex improvement of physical-mechanical and operational characteristics of the bearing.
