FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technologies of processing of minerals and structural materials and can be used in aspiration plants during production, sorting and filling of graphite, cement, dry coal. Dust separator comprises vertical prismatic settling chamber with vertical axis of symmetry, ceiling cover with opening and connected to it vertical dust-air mix feed branch pipe with outer and inner surfaces with common vertical axis of symmetry, and cleaned air discharge opening, also having a vertical axis of symmetry, vertical side walls with inner and outer surfaces and adjacent to ceiling covering openings discharge of purified air. In cleaned air discharge windows of the ceiling covering and side walls installed are fabric filters, hot floor with dust discharge window, as well as connected to it gas-tight storage system and connected to the vertical pipe dust-air mix feed horizontal pipeline to feed dust-air mix. Vertical axis of the window and dust-air mix feed branch pipe and the vertical axis of cleaned air discharge opening aligned with vertical axis of symmetry of the dust-collecting chamber, roof opening and dust-air mix feed branch pipe are arranged in the centre of ceiling with abutment to the vertical axis of the chamber and cleaned air discharge opening roof is placed in formed by circular area with limited from outside perimeter of inner surface of side walls of dust-collecting chamber , and inside-perimeter dust-air mix feed branch pipe outer surface. Dust-air mix feed opening inside the chamber is connected to a diffuser with axis of symmetry aligned with that of the chamber, and around side walls at the level of cleaned air discharge windows with a gap for air duct there is a prismatic casing with bottom side window plug and changing into over-the-ceiling area in confuser with branch pipe outlet of cleaned air into atmosphere and opening for passage of horizontal dust-air mix feed pipeline.
EFFECT: technical result is an increased efficiency when used in aspiration systems of fine particles.
