FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: settling chamber has prismatic or cylindrical shape (versions) and includes the following positions which are symmetric relative to vertical symmetry plane: vertical housing, roofing, front wall with horizontal supply branch pipe adjacent to the roofing, rear wall with gas outlet branch pipe adjacent to the roofing too, side walls, bottom with horizontal dust removal opening, vertical dust trap with operating cavity, which is built in settling chamber and adjacent to the roofing, with rear and side walls, front wall having the opening for introduction of dust non-saturated gas and longitudinal vertical opening for removal of clean gas, and bottom horizontal dust removal opening combined with bottom opening of settling chamber, as well as vertical channel dust collectors. During implementation of settling chamber the opening for introduction of dust non-saturated gas of dust trap adjoins the roofing of settling chamber; horizontal supply branch pipe is installed so that it is sunken into the working cavity of dust trap; clean gas outlet opening on the front wall of dust trap is displaced downwards and separated from dust non-saturated gas inlet opening with a vertical partition, in working cavity of dust trap perpendicular to its front wall along vertical walls of clean gas outlet opening between bottom dust removal opening and dust saturated gas inlet opening there installed are streamlined vertical baffle plates, and between them there arranged are vertical channel dust collectors.
EFFECT: reduction of pressure loses in the chamber and increase in cleaning degree.
