FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to production of chopped meat and vegetable semi-finished products for balanced and preventive alimentation. Semi-product contains pork and beef cutlet meat at a ratio of 1:1, medium rye flour as a vegetable protein source , fresh peeled bulb onions, ground black pepper, culinary salt, bread crumbs and drinking water. There is selected a quantitative ratio of components.
EFFECT: there is ensured a higher nutritive and preventive value of the obtained chopped meat-vegetable semi-product with high consumer properties.
