FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to the assembly of wad applicator. This process comprises the steps that follow. The cylinder with internal ribs is made to define the guide channel of effective diameter. The pusher is made with the round pin extension and extension diameter at least 15% larger than the effective diameter of said guide channel. Then, the pusher is assembled with the cylinder by pusher said pin extension if said guide channel and pin extension is shaped to noncircular element at its displacement through the guide channel. Then, said pin extension is displaced from the pusher end facing the cylinder to recover its round shape.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of the process.
