SUBSTANCE: invention relates to swap vans of freight vehicles. Method of assembling panel body of van type consists in making sandwich panels and frame consisting of metal profile and welded of u-shaped profiles and enveloping element in form of Z and fixed on it wooden planking, and assembly of panels forming roof and chamfers. Sandwich panels are attached to frame by means of angles, glue, bolts and rivets, forming lateral, front and rear body panels. When installing angle on side of sandwich-panels temporarily installed bolts is transferred to angle with help of non-drying mastic. Adhesive used is two-component adhesive based on polyurethane. On top of wooden floor installed on frame, and on inner surface of front, rear and side panels with the help of glue is sound insulation material, on top of which on frame stack non-skid floor, for example autoline.

EFFECT: higher structural strength.
