FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for treating children's neuroses, neurotic disorders, anxiety and depression. Medical history are analysed, detecting emotional state in children-patients with subsequent correction by means of group therapy, including daily performed one after another in the course of not less than 9-10 sessions of stages of respiratory laughter exercises, verbal communication of therapist with group, dynamic physical exercises, as well as telling and hearing comical stories and jokes. At the first stage of laughter therapy is suggested to perform blowing respiratory laughter exercises in form of a game. At the stage of verbal communication patients are involved in communication interaction aimed at development of intelligence and creativity. Combined listening comical phrases with mixed nouns and questions with trick question associated with account of objects which require obtaining response. At the third stage patients play in funny action-oriented games and play in command competition games arranged as relay race. At the fourth stage patients are motivated at telling and listening comical stories and anecdotes with scoring and announcement of winners. Thus duration of one phase is equal to 7-8 minutes, and children are grouped by age categories.
EFFECT: method allows to create a good mood in children, changing perception stereotypes from negative ones: depression, anxiety, phobic and pessimistic to positive ones: cheerfulness, cheerfulness, optimistic through performing successive exercises and tasks within the frame of laughter therapy.
