FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing of toxic materials for tension under conditions of small-cycle loading in vacuum at high temperatures. Proposed plant comprises vacuum working chamber with grippers for sample loading mechanism, which is a lever with load connected on one side to grip, and on the other with a hydraulic jack, equipped with controlled valve, heater of the sample, cooling channels made at least one of grippers, recording equipment installed directly on the working part of the sample and on a cooled gripper, signals from which are transmitted to Instrumentation equipment and the computer. Weight is suspended to the lever via metal wire, at the section of which there are terminals connected to terminals of the battery, one of which is connected through thyristor controlled through a comparison unit of recording equipment installed on the sample. Technical result consists in possibility of obtaining diagrams of deformation under small-cycle loading at rates of deformation in the range of 10-2-10-4 c-1.
EFFECT: possibility of obtaining diagrams of deformation under small-cycle loading with simultaneous protection of personnel and environment from influence of tested toxic materials due to available double sealing of samples consistsing from toxic materials.
