SUBSTANCE: device for implementation of action on surface comprises at least one movable functional element (21, 22), driving device to actuate functional element (21, 22), main safety device for disconnection of drive from functional element (21, 22) when load applied by functional element (21, 22) towards driving device under action of resistance forces, applied to functional element (21, 22), will exceed specified maximum value, and additional safety device (40), which is movably arranged in vicinity of functional element (21, 22), and which can apply load to main driving device of various degrees and positions at lateral side of main drive, connected with functional element (21, 22). Additional safety device comprises rod (40) of non-round cross-section area, which rotates around its longitudinal axis (41).
