SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, specifically to cell technologies and can be used in regenerative medicine. Suspension of non-adhesive mononuclear cells from tissues of pancreas during diabetes, in obtained suspension is estimated amount of multipotent progenitor cell count oligopotent progenitor cells and insulin-producing β-cells. Then for 30 days in presence of growth factors: 4 ng/ml of epidermal growth factor and 10 ng/ml of hepatocyte growth factor, extended cell mass multipotent progenitor cells. Upon completion of cycle of cultivation of induced differentiation of obtained in vitro multipotent progenitor CD45- TER119-, c-Kit-, obtained 1- cells in βcells glucagon-like peptide GLP-1 in concentration of 6.7 mcl/ml.

EFFECT: invention enables to efficiently induce differentiation of multipotent progenitor cells of pancreas in insulin-producing β-cells in type I diabetes mellitus.
