FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to high-precision control methods and manipulation with ultra-small volumes of liquid and can be used when solving various tasks of microscale gas dynamic, thermal physics, as well as in micro-fluidics. Method of micro drops size stabilising consists in fact that condensation growth of drops is suppressed due to partial evaporation under action of electromagnetic radiation absorbed by drops.
EFFECT: technical result is simple technical implementation and high efficiency, allowing for long time stabilisation of cluster drops size with accuracy of not less than tenth parts of micrometer.
