SUBSTANCE: invention refers to anaesthesiology and resuscitation. Performing continuous ultrasound scanning area of catheterisation. Rate of linear blood flow in central veins of patient is determined. Selected for puncture and catheterisation vein with highest linear blood velocity, then puncture directed movement of needle in tissues, vein puncture with subsequent introduction of conductor and catheter.
EFFECT: method allows to increase duration of use of intravascular catheters due to reduced risk of formation of intravascular thrombus with subsequent blocking of vein and catheter, as well as thromboembolism.
