FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: conversion of initial substance in gaseous phase and arrangement of directed flow of molecules of compounds is carried out in dynamic mode due to capture of substance vapours by heated inert carrier gas at molar ratio of carrier gas in range from 0.01 to 2.0 mol/(m2*s), degree of expansion of carrier gas flow (K) from values Kmin=10 to Kmax=3,060, distance between nozzle and flow condenser surface molecular generator in the range of 0.005-1.0 m. At that heating of carrier gas is performed in step-by-step first, to initial temperature corresponding to pressure of saturated vapour of the initial substance in the range of 10-2-104 Pa (Tn), then at output of carrier gas flow from container containing initial substance, to working temperature higher than initial on 5-300 °C (Tk), and condensation is carried out on surface with temperature in the range from -269 °C to Tmax, where Tmax is determined by nature of connection and corresponds to pressure of deposited connection saturated vapors not higher than 10-4 Pa.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method of producing nano-sized powders of medicinal substances, which includes conversion of initial substance in gaseous phase, arrangement of directed flow of molecules of compounds and subsequent condensation substance in form of nano-particles on cooled surface, and device for its implementation.
