SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biological sensors and can be used for analysing biological samples containing glucose or lactate. Method of making a microbiosensor based on iron hexacyanoferrate consists in that on a working electrode, coaxial with a comparison electrode, is applied ferrocyanide iron, and on top it is applied enzyme-oxidase, immobilised in a matrix based on a perfluorosulphonylated polymer or gamma-aminopropylsiloxane.

EFFECT: achieving reliability and reproducibility of fixing enzyme on surface of electrocatalyst, while maintaining most of its activity; and interfacing electrode and enzymatic reactions.
