FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrochemical sensors for determining analyzed substances in biological fluids. Disclosed is a method of producing a working element of a sensor, modified with nickel hexacyanoferrate, for determining concentration of glucose, involving synthesis of sol of nickel hexacyanoferrate by dispersion of 0.01 M solutions of potassium hexacyanoferrate and nickel chloride in presence of 0.3% Tween 80 under conditions of ultrasonic radiation at the following values of ultrasonic treatment parameters: working solution sounding frequency 20–48 kHz, working solution sounding time 5–60 minutes, ultrasonic radiation modulation frequency 5–100 Hz, ultrasonic radiation relative power 50–100 W/l, transferring into a vessel with a vertically placed current-conducting coating of a sol of nickel hexacyanoferrate nanoparticles using a peristaltic pump at rate of 10 rpm and subsequent drying of the vessel, drying at 100 °C for 15 minutes with three repetitions of procedures.
EFFECT: invention provides the use of a practically advantageous technology of producing a sol of nickel hexacyanoferrate nanoparticles and the formation of a working element of a sensor, having high sensitivity for determining glucose, while having the possibility of multiple use.
