FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical engineering, in particular to means of shear wave dispersion ultrasound vibrometry (SDUV). Method comprises steps of establishing shear wave, which contains a monochromatic component of shear wave, and a plurality of parallel directed receiving lines of one pulse tracking to perform measurements of monochromatic component of shear wave; wherein, in parallel to receiving line formed beam pattern former echo data received from target locations and created by transmitting one tracking pulse, and contain dynamically formed receiving line, which are spatially parallel. Proposed device comprises means for setting shear wave, a beam pattern and is equipped with nonvolatile computer-readable medium.
EFFECT: higher resolution of field of displacements and reduced potential impact of thermal effects.
