FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to means for ablation of tissue. Ablation system comprises an ablation device configured to ablate tissue in accordance with control parameters and perform measurements during the ablation process, a visualization system configured to measure an elastographic parameter in order to monitor the progress of ablation, and a module for evaluating parameters and monitoring, configured to receive measurements from the ablation device and/or an elastographic parameter to provide feedback in order to adaptively adjust the visualization parameters of the imaging system at different points in time during the ablation process, wherein the feedback demonstrates the progress of ablation. According to the second embodiment in the ablation processing system, the parameters and monitoring evaluation module is configured to receive elastographic measurements as feedback from the imaging system and to correct the control signal in order to control the ablation device to achieve therapeutic purposes, based on elastographic measurements. Ablation method comprises arranging an ablation device and an ultrasonic probe in a subject in order to start ablation, generating measurement information as feedback during the ablation process, including an elastographic parameter, wherein the measurement information includes information from at least one of the ablation device and the ultrasonic probe, adaptive updating of visualization parameters of ultrasonic probe and control signal of ablation device in accordance with feedback, and completion of ablation process, when elastographic parameter corresponds to specified criterion of treatment.
EFFECT: use of inventions makes it possible to increase ablation accuracy due to adaptive adjustment of visualization parameter.
