FIELD: food industry; pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food, pharmaceutical and other industries and is used for determining periods of drying particulate materials in vacuum drier. Method allows to determine moments of beginning of period of constant drying rate and start time of incident speed drying in vacuum dryer by controlling dynamics of change over time of electric (ohmic) resistance of dried grain mass, and then change parameters of drying of particulate material in vacuum dryer with infrared heating.
EFFECT: invention will allow us to monitor changes in moisture content by measuring its electrical resistance and adjust process parameters of drying.
