FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used as a temperature-stable reference voltage source (RVS). For this purpose there is provided a reference voltage source, which comprises six transistors and three resistors, first and second resistors are connected by first terminals to an emitter of first transistor, second terminal of first resistor connected to emitter of second transistor, base of first to fourth transistors are combined with collectors of first and a third transistor, collectors of second and fourth transistors connected to base of fifth transistor, a first terminal of third resistor and base of sixth transistor connected to collector of fifth transistor, second terminal of third resistor and emitter of sixth transistor connected to power bus, second terminal of second resistor and collector of sixth transistor is connected to output terminal.
EFFECT: technical result consists in ensuring minimum temperature coefficient of output voltage of RVS with low input/output voltage difference.
