FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: reference voltage source contains six transistors and three resistors; the first resistor is introduced between the output terminal and the first transistor base connection to the second transistor collector; the second resistor is introduced between the common bus and the point of connection of the emitters of the first and the second transistors to the sixth transistor collector; the third resistor is introduced between the power supply bus and the point of connection of the bases of the fifth and the sixth transistors to the fifth transistor collector; the emitters of the fifth and the sixth transistors are coupled to the common bus; the emitters of the third and the fourth transistors are coupled to the power supply bus; the bases of the third and the fourth transistors are coupled to the point of connection of the collectors of the first and the third transistors; the base of the second transistor and the collector of the fourth transistor are connected to the output terminal.

EFFECT: reduction of output voltage instability coefficient in case of variations of temperature, input voltage and load current.
