SUBSTANCE: proposed is a referee voltage source containing the first transistor (the base whereof is connected to the second transistor base, the second transistor emitter connected to the common bus while the first transistor emitter is connected to the common bus via the first resistor), the third transistor (connected to the common bus via the emitter), the fourth transistor (connected to the power bus via the collector and to the device output - via the emitter), the second resistor (placed between the device output and the second transistor collector), the third resistor (connected to the power bus via the first output), the fourth resistor, the fifth, sixth and seventh resistors, the third transistor base connected to the second transistor base, the third transistor collector connected to the base of the fifth transistor the emitter whereof is connected to the fourth transistor base while the collector is connected to the third resistor second output; the sixth transistor collector is connected to the fifth transistor base, the sixth transistor emitter is connected to the power bus via the fourth resistor, the sixth transistor base is connected to the coupled base and collector of the seventh transistor and the first transistor collector, the seventh transistor emitter is connected to the fifth transistor collector via the fifth resistor while the sixth resistor is placed between the second transistor base and collector.
EFFECT: enhanced thermal stability of the reference voltage source output voltage.
