FIELD: ceramic industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ceramic mixtures compositions for making brick, and aims at increasing compressive strength of brick. Ceramic mixture containing medium stiff, low-melting clay and calcium-containing electric melting slag of metallurgical production, additionally contains microsilica, wt%: SiO2 - 94.2; Al2O3 - 0.47; Fe2O3 - 0.6; CaO - 0.36; MgO - 0.3; K2O - 0.07; wastes from mineral wool boards production with content, wt%: Al2O3 - 9.21; MgO - 18.03; MgO - 2.88; SiO2 - 28.71; CaO - 20.17; TiO2 - 3.75; sulphate soap, with the following components ratio, wt%: medium stiff, low-melting clay - 62-78; calcium-containing electric melting slag of metallurgical production - 7-14; microsilica - 10-15, wastes from mineral wool boards production - 4-8; sulphate soap - 1.
EFFECT: compression strength of brick made from said ceramic mass is 30 2/10 to 33 5/10 MPa.
