FIELD: ceramic materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of ceramic materials, mainly to the compositions of the masses for the production of earthquake-resistant ceramic bricks. Sludge waste from a nickel-skeletal catalyst is introduced into the ceramic mass containing waste oil shale - fusible clay, with a content, wt.%: SiO2 - 5.82; Al2O3 - 30.43; Fe2O3 - 0.78; CaO - 3.11; MgO - 1.41; R2O - 25.42, p.p.p. - 33.03 with the following content of raw materials, wt.%: waste oil shale - fusible clay 70-90, sludge waste from the nickel-skeletal catalyst 10-30.
EFFECT: use of technogenic raw materials in the production of earthquake-resistant ceramic bricks without the use of natural traditional raw materials contributes to the utilization of industrial waste, environmental protection, and expansion of the raw material base for ceramic materials.
