FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to oncology, and can be used for differential diagnostics of cancer metastases and non-Hodgkin lymphomas. Cellular material from lymph nodes samples is placed in a storage medium consisting of Hank's solution, rheopolyglucin and albumin, mixed in equal volumes. Cell suspension is added in amount of 100 ml each to bottom of two test tubes, followed by adding 5 mcl of a monoclonal antibody Ber EP4 FITC to one test tube and 5 mcl of a monoclonal antibody CD45, Leucocyte Common Antigen/FITC to another test tube, mixing with material 5, incubating for 20 min at t° 2-8 °C. Cell suspension is then distributed at 50-100 mcl and centrifuged at 1000 rpm for 5 minutes, preparation is prepared from sediment, which is coloured by nuclear fluorescent dye Dapi and fluorescent microscopy. For positive expression on cell membranes of epithelial marker Ber EP4 FITC - diagnose cancer metastasis, and in case of positive expression in membranes common leukocyte antigen CD45 cells, Leucocyte Common Antigen/FITC and absence of expression on cell membranes of epithelial marker Ber EP4 FITC - diagnose non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

EFFECT: use of present method enables to quickly make a differential diagnosis of cancer metastasis and lymphoma of lymph nodes in order to determine prevalence of cancer.
