SUBSTANCE: sample is added with a panel of marked agents that binding to two or more markers expressed on a cell surface, wherein at least one of the agents is cancer-specific, and wherein the panel comprises: one or more agents bound to the cancer-specific markers, expressed on the colonic cancer cell surface, wherein one agent or one of the agents binding to CA 19-9, and one or more agents binding to tissue-specific markers that are epithelial and/or mesenchymal, expressed on the cell surface, wherein one agent or one of the agents is the agent binding to Ep-CAM. A kit comprising one or more agents binding to extracellular cancer-specific markers, wherein one agent or one of the agents is an antibody or antibody fragment binding to CA 19-9, and one or more agents binding to extracellular tissue-specific markers that are epithelial markers and/or mesenchymal markers, wherein one agent or one of the agents is the antibody or antibody fragment binding to the Ep-CAM.

EFFECT: using the declared method and kit allows the high-sensitivity and specificity detection of the colonic cancer cells.
