FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a fluorescent immunocytochemical diagnosis of metastatic lymph nodes. Method consists in that, in order to obtain a cell suspension, cell material is placed into an accumulation culturing medium consisting of solutions: Hanks, rheopolyglukin and albumin, mixed in equal amounts, well-mixed cell suspension is added in amount of 100 ml to bottom of each tube with nutrient medium, adding 5 mcl of a monoclonal antibody Ber EP4 FITC and stirring for 5 seconds, then material is incubated for 20 minutes in a refrigerator at t = 2-8 °C, resulting cell suspension is divided into 50-100 mcl in centrifuge containers and centrifuged at 1,000 rpm for 5 minutes, obtained preparations are coloured with nuclear fluorescence dye and fluorescence microscopy is performed.
EFFECT: use of claimed method does not require a complex pretreatment material and time-consuming and increases efficiency of fluorescent immunocytochemical diagnosis of metastatic lymph nodes.
