SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for treatment of periodontitis. That is ensured by supra- and subgingival dental deposits, removal of granulating tissue, oral cavity sanation, professional tooth brushing, rinsing of the gingival pockets with 1.5 % solution of hydrogen peroxide. Then the preparation stimulating regeneration, and/or an enzyme preparation and/or vitamins, and/or sorbent, and/or an antioxidant is injected into gingival pockets around the teeth, on medical indications, depending on depth and type of the pathological process, after which the gums mucous membrane is covered with provisional bandage and left to replacement of the preparation at the next visit, it takes 3-10 sessions with 1-3 days exposition. Then gingival pockets after their cleaning with curettes, rinsing with 1.5 % solution of hydrogen peroxide are filled with Bifidumbacterin Forte powder which is filled with a curette, side-shifting the gum with a carver, after which the gum mucous membrane is covered with provisional bandage and left to replacement of the preparation at the next visit, it takes 5-10 daily sessions.

EFFECT: method enables higher therapeutic effect due to action of the preparation in remote anatomic formations of periodontium being isolated with provisional bandage from external irritants.
