FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method for processing the surface of fluorine-containing rubber to fasten glass-fibre-filled polytetrafluoroethylene is realised by the application on the surface of fluorine-containing rubber of a 5-10 nm thick layer of aluminium by magnetron spraying at the density of discharge current of 0.1-0.2 mA/cm2 and the speed of aluminium film growth of 1-2 nm/sec with the following washing with a water solution of a mixture of 3-5% nitric and 3-5% hydrochloric acid for 1-2 min, then with water for 1-2 min and drying for 5-7 minutes at the temperature of 70-90°C.
EFFECT: method improvement.
