In formula (I) and in formula (II) R₁ and R₂, which can be similar or different from each other, can stand for possessing linear chain (C₁~C₂₀)-alkyl group, possessing branched chain (C₃~C₂₀)-alkyl or cycloalkyl group, (C₆~C₂₀)-aryl or (C₇~C₂₀)-alkylaryl or -arylalkyl group; R₃ and R₄, which can be similar or different from each other, stand for halogen atom, possessing linear chain (C₁~C₁₀)-alkyl, possessing branched chain (C₃~C₁₀)-alkyl, (C₃~C₁₀)-cycloalkyl, (C₆~C₁₀)-aryl or (C₇~C₁₀)-alkylaryl or -arylalkyl group, and R₃ and R₄ can be optionally bound with each other with formation of ring, and R₁, R₂, R₃ and R₄ can optionally contain heteroatoms.
