FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to implantable medical prostheses and can be used in cardiac surgery. Prosthetic cardiac valve comprises an annular body with stoppers of the locking flaps fixed in the body cavity. Part of the body cavity at the inlet is in the form of a confuser. Part of the body cavity at the outlet is made in the form of a diffuser. Part of the body cavity, located between the confuser and the diffuser, is made in the form of conjugate segments of the surfaces of three round cylinders, axes of rotation of which are parallel to the axis of rotation of the body and are displaced relative to the axis of rotation of the body by the same distance. Locking flaps are designed to interact with the diffuser surface by side planes sloped under the surface of the diffuser.
EFFECT: prosthesis makes it possible to ensure a homogeneous blood flow that overcomes the artificial valve in its path, reduce the loss of energy in the blood flow, improve the streamlining of the elements of the prosthesis with blood and, as a consequence, reduce the risk of deposition of thrombotic masses and growth of the pannus.
