FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: hollow disc valve (10) has stem (12) made at its one end integral with valve plate (14). Valve (10) has inner cavity (S) extending from inside of valve tray (14) to stem (12) and filled with coolant (19) together with inner inert gas. Plate (14) of valve is equipped with inner cavity (S1) of valve plate (14) with conical surface located inside it and having shape of circular truncated cone, similar to converging to cone outer periphery of valve plate (14). Stem (12) is equipped with linear internal cavity (S2) located inside of it and perpendicularly connected to surface of circular truncated cone upper end. Peripheral area around one open end of internal cavity (S2) of stem (12) is planar surface perpendicular to axis (L) of valve (10). Inner cavity (S1) of valve plate (14) is equipped with a ceiling (14b1), which forms curtain rail circular step in mutually connecting area between cavity (S1) of valve plate (14) and cavity (S2) of stem (12). In inner cavity (S1) of valve plate (14) during the reciprocal movement of valve (10) vertical convection cooling agent flow (19) is established along valve (10) axis (L).
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of valve heat transfer capacity.
