FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: hollow poppet valve comprises a rod (12), a head (14) valve formed at one end of the rod (12) integral with it, and an inner cavity (S). The internal cavity (S) extends from the inner portion of the head (14) in the valve stem (12). The internal cavity (S) is filled with a cooling agent (19) together with an inert gas. The internal cavity (S) has a diametrically large cavity (S1) of the valve head, formed in the head (14) of the valve and diametrically small linear cavity (S2) of the rod formed in the rod (12) and communicating with the central region of the cavity (S1) of the head ( 14) of the valve. Forming a plurality of swirl tabs (20), (30) is formed at least on the bottom or the ceiling of the cavity (S1) of the head (14) of the valve. Vortex forming protrusions (20) and (30) are arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the cavity (S1) of the head (14) of the valve. Each projection (20), (30) has an inclined surface inclined in the circumferential direction, for generating a vortex flow (F20), (F30) of the cooling agent (19) in the cavity (S1) of the head (14) of the valve about a central axis (L) the valve (10) during the reciprocating movement of the valve (10) in a direction along its central axis (L). Versions of the hollow poppet valve are disclosed.
EFFECT: improved refrigerant mixing valve.
