FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: light source for surgical system includes a broadband light source capable of emitting a broadband light. Furthermore, light source includes a wavelength divider for separation of broadband light on illuminating light having spectral range covering at least major part of visible spectrum, and surgical light with spectral range outside spectral range of illuminating light. Furthermore, light source includes at least one surgical module designed for control using surgical light. Also a light source includes first and second linking optics. First binding optics is intended for optical input of illuminating light in light guide light for illuminating at supply first surgical probe. Second binding optics is intended for optical input of surgical light in light guide surgical light to feed surgical probe.

EFFECT: control of application of surgical light.
