SUBSTANCE: presented invention refers to absorbable haemostatic non-woven felt applicable during laparoscopic interventions, and to methods for producing the claimed felt. An absorbable haemostatic dressing containing a single layer of 3D-twisted non-woven felt which cannot be manually layered, consisting substantially of oxidised cellulose fibres wherein the felt has an adequate mechanical strength and flexibility to preserve its structural integrity when used for laparoscopic management.

EFFECT: invention provides the effective use as a haemostatic agent for effective laparoscopic management.
