SUBSTANCE: laser diode comprises radiating element with lens for forming radiation. Lens includes central zone, which has optical power and provides collimation radiation flux. Beams passing through central zone, reflected from outer face of lens, which produces radiation outside.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing maximum light flux density of radiation in direction at required angle to longitudinal axis of structure.
