FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in piston machines, mainly in internal combustion engines. Hinged joint is intended for piston machine containing piston (1) with piston pin (4), crank with crank pin and piston rod (5) with piston and crank heads (6) and (8). In the hole (7) or (9) of at least one head (6) or (8) of the piston rod (5) there is a hinged insert (10) with possibility of its angular rotation relative to the head (6) or (8). Piston pin (4) or crank pin is arranged inside the cylindrical opening of the insert (10) by means of rolling elements. Head (6) or (8) of the piston rod (5), in the hole of which there is a hinged insert (10) is solid. Rotation of the insert (10) relative to the opening (7) or (9) of the head (6) or (8) of the piston rod (5) is restricted in the plane perpendicular to direction (14) of piston (4) movement, and in plane perpendicular to longitudinal geometrical axis (15) of the pin (4) by means of at least one retainer. In the part of hinge insert (10) opposite to the piston rod shank (5) when it is located in the head opening, there are through holes of round or slit shape and/or end cutouts for the passage of rolling elements and to the spherical surface of the insert (10) of cooling and/or lubricating medium contained in the volume under the piston (4).
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability of the piston machine due to self-adjustment of conversion mechanism links to ensure supply of lubricant to interacting surfaces.
