FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: connecting rod and piston group has cylinder 1, piston 2 with head 3, skirt 4 and support member 5 connected with connecting rod 6 by means of pin 7. Connecting rod 6 is installed on central cylindrical belt 11 of pin 2. Ends 13 of pin 7 are made in form of cylindrical segments with flat surfaces coaxial with pin central belt 11 and parallel with longitudinal axis of pin 7. Attachment plates 8 with holes 9 adjoin flat surfaces of ends 13. Threaded members 10 fitted in holes are used to clamp ends 13 to cylindrical recesses 12 of support member 5, and together with member, to head 3. Support member 5 can be made in form of carriage with forked supports 14 and rolling members 15 arranged in plane of rolling of connecting rod 6 at both sides from piston pin 7. Member 5 with pin 7 can be fastened to head 3 by means of inserted nuts arranged in inner ring bore 20. Nuts are made in form of ring segments 19 into which threaded members 10 are turned in.
