FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: claimed process consists in the definition of magnitude greater than the brake cylinder rod outstroke from the standard magnitude. Governor case rotation decreases the spacing between the protective tube coupling end and governor thread by the magnitude greater than the brake cylinder rod outstroke from the standard magnitude. Full service brake application is executed to measure the brake cylinder rod outstroke within the standard magnitude. The drive thrust lever is brought closely to the governor housing and locked thereat. Then, brake mode is deactivated to revolve the governor housing for setting the spacing between the protective tube coupling end and governor thread and that between brake pads and wheels to initial standard magnitudes. Now, the shim is withdrawn from under the automatic mode thrust.

EFFECT: fine adjustment if the brake leverage.
