FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: described is a set of oligonucleotide primers and fluorescent-marked probe for identifying a genetic material of rickettsia by PCR in real time. Set comprises a sequence of oligonucleotides, which are species-specific to rickettsiae: forward primer (PrF_gltA) 5`→3`: 5'-GGCTTCGGTCATCGTGT-3' (17 m); reverse primer (PrR_gltA) 5`→3`: 5'-TTGCTATTTGTAAGAGCGGATTG-3' (23 n); fluorescentl-marked DNA probe Z(ROX)_gltA 5`→3`: ROX-CCACGTGCCGCAGTACTTAAAGAAAC-BHQ2' (26 n).
EFFECT: technical result of the claimed invention consists in creation of a set of specific oligonucleotide primers and probe for detection of genetic material of rickettsia, including Rickettsia tarasevichiae and Rickettsia raoultii, homogenates tongs, clinical samples and biological fluids, common on territory of Russian Federation by polymerase chain reaction with hybridisation-fluorescent detection in real time.
