FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: set of oligonucleotide primers and a fluorescently marked probe in TaqMan format for the detection of viruses of the Flavivirus genus by real-time PCR is described. The kit includes panspecific primers for the NS5 protein gene of flaviviruses of the Flaviviridae family and a fluorescently labelled probe specific for representatives of viruses of the genus Flavivirus.
EFFECT: technical result of the claimed invention is creation of a set of primers and an original fluorescently labelled probe, which ensures detection of genetic material of a wide range of flavivirus genus obtained from various sources.
