FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: angular velocity sensor comprises engine rotation and dielectric shaft, at that, it includes four inertial masses, axis of hinge rod, piezoelectric transducer, electromagnet, Hall sensor, inertial masses are located symmetrically relative to dielectric shaft and are shifted by 90° relative to each other, each inertial mass is fixed on axis, connected with dielectric shaft by means of hinge, and through rod is connected to corresponding piezoelectric transducer rigidly fixed on dielectric shaft, output of each piezoelectric transducer is connected to input of corresponding electromagnet, output of which is connected to input of corresponding Hall sensor whose outputs are outputs of device, from which information of angular speed components is collected.

EFFECT: high accuracy of angular velocity meter, simultaneous measurement of two mutually perpendicular components of angular speed.
