FIELD: measurement technology.

SUBSTANCE: capacitive sensor contains rotor and stator made in form of two discs of dielectric material, six induced coil and measuring circuit. The rotor is installed on the suspension in the stand. The sensor is additionally outfitted with six oscillator circuits that are galvanically isolated from measuring circuit that contain six induced cols, as well as sections of six electrodes of three oscillator circuits located and evenly distributed in the circle on the stator side directed towards rotor, section of six electrodes of three oscillator circuits located in the smaller diameter circle on the side of stator located towards rotor, sections of common electrode of three oscillator circuits, located and evenly distributed in the circle on the side of rotor directed towards stator, above sections of six electrodes of three oscillator circuits, sections of common electrode of three oscillator circuit located and evenly distributed in the circle of smaller diameter on the side of rotor directed to stator over sections of six electrodes of three oscillator circuits, and measuring circuit includes six induced coils for energy pumping into six oscillator circuit and six induced foils for reading the resonance oscillations frequency of six oscillator coils.

EFFECT: increased precision and sensitivity of measurement.
