FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and may be used to measure angular movements, speeds and acceleration of objects in platform-free inertial navigation systems. The method consists in measurement of parameters of angular motion of objects by means of cyclic measurement of increment of the angle of rotation of the inertial body relative to the body in the specified time interval. At the same time the inertial body is made of a piezoelectric material in the form of a disc or a disc with a central hole, at two sides of which they arrange two circular bores, which isolate central and peripheral part of the inertial body. The inertial body is placed into the liquid medium, and mechanical oscillations are excited in it under action of AC electric field applied to the inertial body.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurement, manufacturability of measurement and increased service life.
