The phenyl rings are optionally substituted with -O-(C1-4)alkyl; R3 is -NH-phenyl, wherein the phenyl is further substituted with a substitute independently selected from -(CH2)-OH or -(CH2)-O-C(O)-O-(4-nitrophenyl); k equals 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6; m equals 1, 2, 3 or 4; and n equals 0 or 1, Ra is -(CH2)k-NH2; R1, wherein the nucleic acid is a single-stranded RNA oligonucleotide.
