FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds for the reversible modification of an amphipathic membrane-active polyamine and a polymer to deliver polynucleotide into cells in vivo. Amphipathic membrane-active polyamines are reversibly modified by dipeptide amidobenzylcarbonate masking agents which are enzymatically chipping. Reversibly modified polyamines (dynamic polyconjugates or combined surface disinfectant KDP) are also covalently bound to a polynucleotide of RNAi or introduced with RNAi polynucleotide targeted conjugate molecules.
EFFECT: invention provides masking of membrane activity of polymer, and reversibility provides sensitivity to physiological conditions.
