FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical tests of objects, specifically to devices for testing objects on for vibration load in different media at high temperatures and pressures. Apparatus comprises induction heater including water-cooled coil in form of spiral made with possibility of coaxial arrangement of test object inside heater, support for test object loading device, cooling device, connected with passages cooling current leads of heater, control-measuring equipment, series-connected control panel connected with control and measuring equipment, frequency converter, bank of capacitors, series-parallel connected at least to one pair of aligned water-cooled induction heater coil in form of spirals. Loading device is made in form of a vibration exciter, and support for test object is installed on sliding table vibration exciter. Cooling device, control panel, frequency converter, bank of capacitors may be arranged at distance from vibration exciter with its sliding table to induction heater coil inside, and cooling device is equipped with independent cooling water supply control board.
EFFECT: technical result of invention consists in providing the tests of large-sized cylindrical objects on complex thermomechanical load, reduced time for specified temperature conditions, reduced heat losses, weight and dimensions, high temperature tests to 1400°C and more, high efficiency of apparatus.
