FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method includes pneumoperitoneum, abdominal examination, insertion of a biocompatible implant into the site of the hernial defect, abdominal puncture by an injection needle from the left or right iliac region, abdominal perforation by a needle. Peritoneum is peeled by introduction of 20-60 ml of "Coletex-AKL" hydrogel material through the needle. Then the peritoneum is dissected longitudinally by a length of 1/3-2/3 of the hernial defect diameter, and "Coletex-ADL" hydrogel material is applied to a biocompatible implant in the volume of 20-40 ml before introduction. After its introduction, "Coletex-ADL" hydrogel material in the volume of 40-80 ml is injected into the hernial defect site within the boundaries of the separated peritoneum.
EFFECT: method provides reliable prevention of bleeding and infectious complications in the field of surgical intervention.
