FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be used for laparoscopic cholecystectomy conversion in acute cholecystitis. Short-scar oblique incision is performed 2 cm lower along the costal arch laterally to the projection of the gallbladder. Access device comprising a wound retractor and a septum cap for placing the surgeon's hand is provided. Traction of the right lobe of liver is performed in the cranial direction by the back of the surgeon's hand. Gallbladder neck elements are separated by the thumb and forefinger and endoscopic instruments. Gallbladder is separated from the liver using an electrosurgical hook. Electrocoagulation of the gallbladder bed is performed. Surgeon removes the hand from the abdominal cavity. Gallbladder is removed from the abdominal cavity through the access device.
EFFECT: method provides the simplified separation of gallbladder neck elements.
